We offer a welcoming, comfortable, and relaxed program, either in-person or online, of training for teens to learn and enjoy. We approach the training with a respect for the difficulties of being a young person, and our aim is to gently encourage our participants to comfortably become themselves as they change and grow.
Who we are
Jeremy Finkelstein RP
Jeremy Finkelstein is a Registered Psychotherapist and a mindfulness-based facilitator for Mindfulness Everyday and The Centre for Mindfulness Studies. He has done facilitator training through The Centre for Mindfulness Studies and the University of Massachusetts medical school.
With Mindfulness Everyday, Jeremy facilitates The Mindful Edge: Stress Reduction and Life Strategies for Teens. At The Centre for Mindfulness Studies, Jeremy facilitates Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, leads silent retreats and introductory teens' workshops. Also, Jeremy is involved in The Centre's 3-Year GROW project, training and mentoring front-line social service workers to offer mindfulness to their youth clients.
Jeremy also has an interest in the arts and music, and has completed anti-oppression training. His space is open, friendly, fun and positive, and he prioritizes the comfort and safety of his participants.
